Summary of Episode 9
This episode starts a bit awkwardly with Na Ah Jeong and Lee Ji-Han walking down the street and talking. After discussing what might happen, they decide to go far away and end up at a place with a lighthouse and a beautiful view of the sunrise by the beach. They both go shopping in the area and spend their time there.
Later, we see Lee Do-Han yelling at a man because he told his younger brother something that seemed to indirectly threaten Lee Do-Han. Then the scene shifts back to Na Ah Jeong and Lee Ji-Han talking about their lives and the steps they want to take in the future because they can’t sleep. Back in their workplace, people find out that Lee Ji-Han is the grandson of the CEO when he refers to him as his grandfather in front of his colleagues.
Lee Ji-Han tells Yoon Chae Won that he likes Na Ah Jeong. Then Lee Ji-Han goes to his place at night, and they go on a walk as they talk about being honest with one another about everything.
Choi Seung Ah comes to Lee Do-Han’s place and hands him some pictures, in which his younger brother Lee Ji-Han is holding hands with Na Ah Jeong. Later, he meets with Na Ah Jeong, to which she confesses her feelings for his younger brother and apologizes, at the exact time when Lee Ji-Han overhears about the marriage being fake.
Summary of Episode 10
The episode opens with the past of Na Ah Jeong and Lee Do-Han during their high school era, sharing a meal. Then, we see Lee Ji-Han walking away in anger after hearing that Na Ah Jeong and Lee Do-Han’s marriage is fake, and realizing that he knew all along that his brother was gay. Lee Do-Han then turns up and talks to both of them about their relationship, holding a picture of them both. He tells her not to back out for the sake of their friendship.
She tries to cut off the marriage deal, but he doesn’t agree and insists that they should go to New York. She walks away, gets out of the car, and meets with Lee Ji-Han, trying to make him understand, but he no longer trusts her. Na Ah Jeong meets with Yoon Chae Won, and they both drink. Lee Ji-Han and Lee Do-Han meet and talk, then go their separate ways. Na Ah Jeong, drunk, calls Lee Ji-Han and he picks her up, carrying her on his back. She hands him a miniature crane made of tissue paper, and he takes her to his place.
Choi Seung Ah meets with Lee Ji-Han, thinking he doesn’t know anything, and looks down on him as always. She talks, trying to get on the same page, but Lee Ji-Han’s stepsister refuses to leave the case, despite being told to take the company by Lee Ji-Han. Lee Ji-Han even kneels and begs, but he gets laughed at. He boldly tells his father that he likes Na Ah Jeong. Reporters are around Na Ah Jeong’s place, and we see Lee Do-Han and Yoon Chae Won meeting. Lee Do-Han decides that he won’t hide anymore, with Lee Ji-Han admitting that he is the fourth grandson and confessing his feelings for Na Ah Jeong in front of the reporters.
Are there any Plot Twists so far?
Throughout the released episodes, we’ve witnessed several plot twists. Lee Ji-Han doesn’t retreat into secrecy but instead becomes more assertive as he acknowledges his genuine feelings for Na Ah Jeong. Meanwhile, Na Ah Jeong and Lee Do-Ha part ways as they come to the decision to separate.
There is an absence of plot twists thus far leaving audiences eagerly suspended in anticipation, yearning for the revelation of what lies ahead.
Plot Forecast!
As we anticipate the upcoming developments approaching the conclusion, considerable confusion may overwhelm the grandfather. However, there’s a possibility that he’ll eventually come to accept and recognize Lee Ji-Han for who he truly is, while Lee Do-Han attains his freedom. Meanwhile, the other two step siblings remain relentless in their efforts to bring the company to ruin.
