A domestic abuser?” He demands answers, asking why she didn’t just kill him if she hated him so much. “Why did you take it out on Si-Hyeon?” he asks.

Seong-A tries to turn things in her favour, but Jae-Sik’s anger and feelings of betrayal are too strong. Despite her attempts to get away, he takes control. The scene is full of tension, showing the damaging effects of Seong-A’s actions. In the end, Jae-Sik kills her, bringing her story to a sad end.
