Who is Sunita Rajwar?
Sunita Rajwar is an Indian actress best known for Gullak and Panchayat Season 2. In both the series she was in the supporting role, yet she made her mark with her great comic timing and superb acting. Apart from that, she also acted in Raaj Shaandilyaa’s latest web series ‘The Great Weddings of Munnes‘ where she shared the screen with actor cum casting director Abhishek Banerjee, who is a co-owner of a casting company called ‘Casting Bay’. Sunita has also been a part of several feature films such as Stree, Bala, Shubh Mangal Jyada Saavdhan, Ek Challis Ki Last Local and Kedarnath.

Sunita Rajwar was born on 6 November 1969 in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and raised in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. She belongs to a middle class family, and has two siblings, one brother and a sister. Sunita did her early education from Nirmala Convent School and graduated from National School of Drama (NSD), Delhi. Later she completed her post graduation from D.B.S Kumaun University in Nainital.

In Nawazuddin’s biography ‘An Ordinary Life’, he mentioned that Sunita left him because he was a struggling actor and she wanted to date someone successful and rich. Upon asking Sunita, she denied all the allegations and clarified that she left him because he used to discuss their intimate relationship with his friends and make fun of it. When she came to know about it, she left him because of his disgusted mindset and not because he was poor.

Debut and Career
After graduating from National School of Drama (NSD) in Delhi. She moved to Mumbai in search of work. In 2003, she landed her first role in Chandan Arora’s directional movie “Mein Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hu“, where she played the character of Chutki’s friend. In 2007, she played Munna’s sister in Rahul Rawail’s “Buddha Mar Gaya“.
In 2008, she got a major breakthrough in her career from Sanjay Kanduri’s directional “Ek Chalis Ki Last Local“, in this movie Sunita Rajwar played the role of a Gangster Chakli. Which got her several nominations including Max Stardust Award 2008, under the category of ‘Breakthrough Performance Female‘. Later she appeared in several feature films such as:-
