In 2013, Seo Ji-hwan took over his father’s role as the boss of a gang after beating a rival group called the Kitty Gang. Ji-hwan showed he was in charge by defeating other groups and then ended his own gang, the Bulldog Gang, before leaving the criminal life.

Jumping ahead to 2023, Ji-hwan is now the boss of a meat company called Thirsty Deer. While staying at a monastery, Ji-hwan gets a call from his workers about a warehouse full of spoiled meat, connected to his father’s old right-hand man, Go Yang-hee. After telling them what to do, Ji-hwan leaves the monastery because of the disturbance.

Elsewhere, Go Eun-ha, a content creator, is hurrying to a place after getting a call from a friend, still wearing a police costume from her recent video shoot. Her friend asked her to come to Club Cat, and Eun-ha sneaks past the guards. Ji-hwan also goes to Club Cat, looking for one of his workers, Jung Yoon-taek, who is suspected of going back to drugs.

Inside the club, Ji-hwan and Eun-ha bump into each other when he catches her as she almost falls. Eun-ha, thinking Ji-hwan is causing trouble, puts fake handcuffs on him. The real police arrive, causing more confusion, but they let Ji-hwan go when they realise the handcuffs are fake.

The next day, Eun-ha gets in trouble at work because she forgot to include a product ad in her latest video. Her boss warns her that her contract might not be renewed if she keeps making such mistakes. Ji-hwan, on the other hand, hears about a new drug on the market that the Kitty Gang is interested in. The drug looks like the candies Eun-ha had scattered at the club.

At the hospital, Go Eun-ha is confronted by a group of angry parents who blame her for promoting a product that made their children sick.
