Halit, still lost and confused, asks, “Ahmet… where am I?”
Ahmet, struggling to believe it, asks, “How do you even know who I am?”

“Esra, the journalist?” Ahmet asks, even more confused.

Ahmet, still in shock, leads Halit to a hotel room. Once inside, Halit quickly asks, “Where is she?”
Ahmet, still puzzled, asks, “How did you get here? And how do you know…?”
Halit cuts him off, “Are you Esra’s detective friend?”
“Detective?” Ahmet repeats, confused.
“Yes,” Halit says, “You were with me at the port.”
Ahmet, unsure, asks, “What do you mean I was with you?”
Halit explains, “Mustafa Kemal Pasha, the day we sent him off.”
“Mustafa Kemal Pasha?” Ahmet repeats, trying to remember.

Halit says, “I swore I’d find him. When Sonia saw I wouldn’t give up, she told me everything.”
Ahmet, shocked, says, “No, that’s impossible. This has never happened.”
