Set in early 1990s Poland, just after the fall of the Communist rule, “Justice” is a crime drama. She says that Kacper feels very guilty and scared, especially about the robbery, which suggests he might be involved. Kacper is finally caught by the police. Before that, he kills his last partner in a storage barn. When the police find the body, Kacper tries to escape, but as soon as he steps out of his car, officers are waiting with their guns aimed at him. He’s arrested right there and taken in for questioning.
Inside the interrogation room, Kacper is asked a lot of questions about what he did. He shifts the blame, saying Marek and Bartek used him, and that’s why Bartuś hung himself. Gadacz then enters the room, bringing a heavy tension with him. He stands in front of Kacper and asks, “Is this how you want to play it?” Kacper, staying calm, replies, “Play what?”

Gadacz, growing more angry, shoves him and says, “Show some respect!” Kacper sneers, “Maybe you’re not as good as you think.”
Gadacz, his frustration rising, says, “A few years ago, we would have handled this differently. It would’ve been over by now.” Kacper, smirking, asks, “And do you miss those days?”
Gadacz, glaring at him, says, “Maybe. But I still have enough to lock you up for a long time.” Kacper, not backing down, responds, “You’ve got nothing. Any lawyer can get me out.”
Gadacz leans in closer and says, “I’ve got a witness who saw you with the evidence.” Things get even more intense as Gadacz, reaching his breaking point, pulls out his gun and threatens to shoot Kacper. The officers watching from the other side of the glass start panicking, unsure of what will happen next, as the tension in the room reaches a boiling point.
