Who is Ashnoor Kaur?
Ashnoor Kaur is an Indian actress who was born and raised in South Delhi, Vasant Kunj. Later, her family shifted to Mumbai to pursue her acting career. She has worked predominantly in Tv shows. Lately she was seen in couple of bollywood movies as well. Ashnoor is best known for her role ‘Mini’ in Patiala Babes, telecasted on Sony Television.

Debut and Career
There was some urgent casting requirement for a Tv show back in 2009. Then Ashnoor mother’s friend introduced her to a casting director, and that is how Ashnoor got her first break at the age of 4.5 years from Tv show Ssshhhh Phir Koi Hai, where she played the childhood of actress Rucha Gujarathi. In the show, she had to do some running and playing scenes which she did very naturally.
In 2009, she auditioned for Tv show Jhansi Ki Rani and got selected. In the historical drama series Ashnoor played the role of Baji Rao’s little daughter ‘Prachi‘.
Later, she was seen as ‘Naira’ in a popular tv show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata hai. The serial was telecasted on Star Plus.
Apart from that, Ashnoor was also seen in other tv shows like Saath Nibhana Sathiya, Na Tum Bole Na Meine Kuch Kaha, Bade Ache Lagte Hai, CID, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Prithvi Vallabh.
In 2018, she played the role of ‘Mini’ as parallel lead in Sony Tv’s show Patiala Babes. In this show, she played the daughter of Paridhi Sharma. The show topped the TRP charts and Ashnoor became the house hold name. She got tremendous popularity and fame from the show. Unfortunately, the show stopped on 27 March 2020 due to covid situation.
Ashnoor has not been limited to small screen television. She made her bollywood debut from Sanjay Dutt’s biopic movie ‘Sanju’ in 2018. Same year she became the part of Vicky Kaushal starrer film ‘Manmarziyan’ where she played ‘Kiran’, younger sister of Taapsee Pannu. The movie was directed by Anurag Kashyap.
Moreover, Ashnoor has done several tv commericals and music albums. Her latest music albums are ‘Tu Kya Jaane‘ featured alongside Bhavin Bhanushali, ‘Akhiyaan Tadpegi‘ featured alongside Mohit Hiranandani, ‘Tut Gaya‘ with Shantanu Maheshwari, ‘Mana Sakda hai‘ with actor Randeep Rai and the most popular ‘Kya Karu‘ song by T-series.
